New Home Design
As excited as you are about the endless opportunity you have in building your new home, you’re also aware that starting with a blank slate can also be incredibly overwhelming.
Working alongside a certified designer who collaborates with your architect and contractor will give you the confidence to know that the end result will be a harmonious design that feels like… your dream home.

Which is why I make sure I’m the right kitchen and bath designer for your specific project before any work gets done.
To do this, we’ll meet for a complimentary 20-minute introductory call to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your needs, my process, and the potential project scope of what you’re hoping to accomplish.
If it feels like a fit, we’ll wrap up the call by booking your in-person design strategy session that will help us prioritize your design goals and plan your project.
Before we work together, you’ll complete onboarding materials so I understand your design style and interests. Then, during the strategy session, we’ll clarify your scope of work and outline a project strategy that aligns with your timeline, quality, and financial goals.
After this meeting, you’ll receive a Project Roadmap that includes a prioritized list of goals, and a detailed scope of work which you’ll be able to use right away to start having feasibility conversations with your contractor.
Design strategy sessions are $325 and can be applied toward the cost of full-service design services, should you decide to move your project forward with me.

Design Plan
Average Investment $5100
A comprehensive design plan with all the details you and your contractor need to bid the project and bring your vision to life.
Full Service
Average Investment $6200
In addition to our design work, this plan includes construction site visits and collaboration with your contractor to ensure your design is implemented according to plan.
Add Furnishings & Accessories to any of the above design packages for a turn-key design experience. Includes: furniture layout, furniture selection, accessory selection, installation and styling, and four design sessions. The average investment is $6250, based on a 2500 square foot home.
